Just a short note to say, I haven't forgotten about you. As a matter of fact, I often find myself thinking about how much can come out of a chance meeting. You will remember that I knew very little about my father's family and could go no farther back than two generations, so when you offered to explore my ancestry I told you what little I knew and wished you well. Needless to say I didn't expect much.

You can imagine my surprise when you called and said you needed to talk about some things you had found and needed some clarification.

I was amazed at the amount of information you had found in such a short time. Since then it has been one surprise after another. Until now I have been unable to tell my children very much where we came from or how we got here. You haven't found any real skeletons or any royalty in our closets, that I know about anyway, but you have given us something even better..... the knowledge that we have a past! I am so looking forward to receiving furture uppdates and the final report.

Dear Doreen:

Thank you very much for doing the Plaques for my niece and nephew at Christmas time 2009. I was a proud of giving the gifts, as they were to received  their gifts.

Voila's plaque hangs in the hallway. Everyone that sees it comments. Ed's plaque hanging in his workshop. The guys who see say ,"SO TRUE".

Again thank you for the wonderful job you did!!!

A BIG THANK YOU FOR OUR FAMILY LINEAGE. IT IS WONDERFUL!!!!

I was very interested in doing my family tree. Doreen McIsaac ( Your Meanings) help me achieve those dreams.

In a short period of time she put together our ancesters The Hallem's and my husband ancesters The Edwards's. I was very excited to see all the information about my family. I beleive Doreen went further then I expect her to go. She included pictures that are related to my family From the Drummond mines in Nova Scotia to to home place in England. I could not have asked for anything more..

I gave Doreen some pictures and records, in which she scan and placed in the records collection. When all was said and done, she completed my Family tree pictures and all in a Book. Doreen went out of her way to get me and my husbands, obituaries, marriages record and copied everthing she found. She even visited cemetries and took picutres of the family stone, we didn't know . For example my husbands grandfather. My husband had no ideal where he was buried!!!

The book she put together for me was wonderful and one I will share with my family , children and grandchildren. To this date she still researches my family looks for new information. My husband received his own Book, with all information, pictures, obituaries, marriage records, death records. He is very please of the informaiton received and again Doreen is still looking for new information. She believes that no matter what you find, there is always more and exciting new information.

We are very happy with the Books she put together and would recommened  Doreen McIsaac ( Your Meanings) to anybody interested in researching their family lineage. She will help guide you through  the process or do if herself at your request.

My husband and I , thank you Doreen for all your hard work and for your continuing research even thought we could not be happier with what you have done

I would like to thank your meanings ( Doreen mcIsaac ) for doing the meaning of my grandchildren first names . Their names match their personality to a tee.
